Job Title: Sales and Logistics person.
Reporting to: All team leaders and administrator.
Overall responsibility
To provide complete logistical support to all teams, conduct sales for Sodding team, manage client relations, and assure continuous work
flow of all teams.
Duties
- Respond to incoming phone/email inquiries for Sodding services (respond to messages within 5 hours).
- Meet with potential clients, prepare
quotes, and collect deposits
- Communicate with Sodding manager on all upcoming projects
- Schedule and assure timely execution of projects (communicate with manager and
client)
- Fill in for sick/unavailable employees when needed
- Assure all equipment maintenance needs are met (driving equipment to repair shop, purchase
gas and other supplies, etc’)
Qualifications
- Thorough understanding off all gardening and Sodding work
- Proven customer service orientation
- Sales experience
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to details
- Flexibility and preparedness to “step in” wherever and whenever
required
- Proven ability to work in a team
