Job Title: Team Member
Reporting to: Assigned team leader
Overall responsibility
Working under the guidance of a team leader, you will be responsible for carrying out the daily gardening tasks assigned. You will also
help us to grow our business by discussing on-going issues and recommending potential solutions.
Duties
- Perform various gardening tasks (mowing, trimming, digging etc’)
- Helping to maintain all equipment in proper shape
- Helping to plan and coordinate daily work activities
- Supporting operations as required
- Interacting with customers
Qualifications
- Customer service skills
- Gardening Skills are an asset
- Ability to endure 12-hour work day, under physically challenging conditions
- Attention to details, and proven organizational skills
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20 kg
