Being the suburban kids that we are, we have many, many years of grass cutting experience, and we picked up quite a bit of landscaping and gardening knowledge and know-how over the years. We have also partnered with several local professionals, who enabled us to grow beyond, and are always there for us at the most important times (that’s when we deliver our service to you).

Sodding – on top of our maintenance services, we always got involved in various landscaping projects, and that’s when we discovered our passion for Sodding. Over the years we experimented with various soils, and work methods and learned to do it really really well.

Our passion for creating new lawns went hand in hand with our un-compromising customer service standards. We treat a sodding project as a client experience, which should start with clear and timely communication, and end with a luscious green lawn, that is there to stay for years to come.

The key for a sustainable, healthy lawn is a proper foundation. This is why every sodding project we start in Toronto and the GTA, begins with a pesticide-free weed killer, continues with high-quality soil and ends with freshly cut sod (delivered to your garden on the project day). Upon project completion we support our clients with timely information on everything the new lawn will need to stay green; how to protect the new sod from racoons, how to water the sod, when to fertilize etc’. In short, we do everything we can to help our customers enjoy a healthy green lawn, long after we are done.

Niko Avrutov Rostarchook, Owner Team Leader - Projects, Sodding Niko  has graduated from York University, where he majored in Business management at the Atkinson faculty. He spent most of his childhood in the suburbs, and has been cutting his neighbour’s lawns since he was 12. "Starting this business while in school was a wonderful way for me to discover my passion for gardening and learn about the importance of a great customer-service experience. Thanks to a wonderful team our business grew over the years, and today we are poised to become the number one Sodding services provider in Toronto and the GTA, while maintaining loyalty to our original grass-maintenance customers in Thornhill, who made our growth plans possible in the first place."
Miri Frank Administrative Assistant Miri is a fourth years psychology honors student at York University. Miri is our dear administrative assistant, and her meticulous attention to details helps us to make sense from all the things we do!
Greg Peker General Manager and Team Leader Greg is a current nursing student at Seneca college. With over six years of experience in the industry, Greg enhanced our company’s ability to deliver efficient and high quality work and customer service. As we continue to grow, we are glad to have Greg and to see him growing with us in his role as the Sodding team leader and General Manager.
