They appeared right on schedule and ultimately did a stellar job of installing the new sod and cleaning up totally before they left. In fact Niko's crew of 3 men did the same job in considerably less time it took another alleged landscaping company with a crew of 5 men to do a year prior for me. On the advice of the other company I had permanent racoon netting installed which I am sure contributed to dead sod and the lawn needing replacement. And I followed their watering protocol precisely. It certainly made even area reseeding impossible since the netting interfered with simple thatching.
